Drop off & Pick up


Drop-off & pick-up will be at Rock Family Church (Woodmen Campus). Your teen needs to be dropped off no later than 4:00pm on Friday, August 9th. We will be leaving at 4:30pm. Students must leave in the bus assigned by Rock Family Church staff. If you are unable to be at Rock Family Church (Woodmen Campus) by 4:00pm, please plan on taking your teen to Camp Elim. However, due to liability, we cannot allow others students to drive up with you. Please contact Pastor Matt by Sunday, August 4th  if you are planning on driving your teen to Camp Elim. Lastly, please make arrangements to have your teen picked up by 1:00pm on Sunday, August 11th.

What should students bring?


Q:  What should my teen bring?

A:  Do Bring:

  • Bible
  • Notebook/Journal & Pen
  • Warm Clothes
  • Shower shoes
  • Sleeping Bag & Pillow
  • Comfortable closed toed shoes
  • Extra clothes & shoes that can get dirty for team competition & free time
  • Toiletries (Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Brush)
  • Shampoo & Soap (Other personal hygiene products)
  • Flashlight
  • Cash for snack bar ($10-$20 suggested)
  • Towel & swimsuit (Swimming is available during free time and is optional)
  • Good attitude
  • Medications & Vitamins (Must be given to Revolution Leadership at check-in)

*Limit 1 piece of luggage, sleeping bag, pillow and 1 carry-on bag/backpack

What should students not bring?


Q:  What should my teen not bring?

A:  Do Not Bring: (Will be confiscated & may result in student being sent home)

  • Firearms, knives or any other weapons
  • Fireworks, matches, lighters
  • Pocket Knives
  • Alcohol, Drugs, Cigarettes or other tobacco products
  • Secular Magazines or Books
  • Provocative, tight fitting, profane, gang related clothing or revealing clothing.
  • Electronic Gadgets (Cell phone, iPod, iPad, portable music or video players, handheld video games, lasers, etc.,) or anything else that has the potential to prevent you or others from receiving what God has to offer.

Q:  How do I contact my teen at camp?
A:  If at any time you need to contact your teen you may do so by calling the camp office at (719) 687-2030. Students are NOT to have their cell phones at camp.

Q:  Where will my teen be staying?
A:  We will be staying at Camp Elim located 5567 Painted Rocks Road, Woodland Park, CO 80863. Guys and girls will be staying in different cabins and with plenty of adult supervision & leadership. For more information about Camp Elim, please visit

Q:  Is there financial aid available?
A: Ask for support from family & friends. Partial sponsorships may be available & an application for sponsorship must be completed. Applications for financial assistance must be submitted by Sunday, July 28th.
